kaiyuan's farewell party.

he's a friend of mine

he's going to uk for further study soon in this month.

and her girlf xiaoman is helping him to held a farewell's for him.

she has been prepared for it for a month before the farewell's.

and it's kinda sucess.

it held in hillcity condo.

we rent it for a day.

and there are more than fifty person attended on that night.

unexpected!!

the house is full of people and noise.

some are chit chatting, gambling and drinking.

and of course there are games available.

and got prizes if won.

i think the night we can't made him teardrops

but the one who drop alot of tears is xiaoman =S

we are waiting to see him drop his tears, but its not happen.

Butter cake.

First you have to prepare some ingredients

butter = 250 gm
230 gm castor sugar
4 eggs (find the biggest egg you can)
250 self-raising flour
2 tsp vanilla essence
about 6 tbsp UHT milk

1. Heat the oven to 180 deg C. Put the mould in the oven with butter on it. 

2. In a mixer, beat butter and sugar till white and fluffy. 

3. Add in eggs one at a time, alternating with flour. Add vanilla essence to milk and mix in. 

4. Check the consistency of the batter. It should be of dropping consistency. If it stands peaking and hard, add more milk. 

5. Lastly you can pour into baking tin and bake for about 50 mins.

tadaaa.. the golden butter cake is done. 

you can also make some other flavor with just add the taste or essence. 

for example, there are chempedak cake, banana cake, orange cake, marble pound cake, chocolate cake, coco cake all using the above recipe.

chempedak cake
